Fudgy, Chocolatey Goodness, and with no refined sugar or gluten!? Oh yes!
This brownie is good, and I mean reeal good. I whipped this up last night for a Valentines Day treat for the family and it was given a big old thumbs up from both kids and the hubby.
So here we have it, a Paleo friendly chocolate delight. Your welcome my friends.
2Tbsp Ghee (Or butter if you tolerate dairy)
1 Cup Almond Butter
1/3 Cup Pure Maple Syrup
1/3 Cup Cocoa or Cacao Powder
2 Tbsp Almond Milk (Or cows if you tolerate dairy)
Splash of Vanilla Essence
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
Optional Toppings: 1/2 Cup Chopped Walnuts, 1/2 Cup Dark Choc Chips)
Mix in a bowl (or blend in a food processor like I did) all ingredients except your optional toppings if you are using them.
Pour batter into a small lined baking tin and sprinkle with toppings - again toppings are optional.
Bake at 170°C for approximately 20 minutes or until a knife comes out clean.
