Nutty Muesli


Is there anything better than homemade toasted muesli sprinkled on some coconut yoghurt with some fresh berries?


This muesli is full of fibre and a great source of energy. The good fats from the nuts, chia and coconut oil are beneficial for the body and will help sustain you until your next meal.


Add to a large bowl:
3/4c pumpkin seeds
1c chopped dates
1c chopped cashews
1c organic whole oats
1c organic rolled quick oats
1c shredded coconut
1/2c raw buckwheat goats
1/4 chia seeds

Melt in small saucepan:
2Tbsp Almond butter
1/3c coconut oil
2Tbsp pure maple syrup

Pour melted ingredients over dry and mix. Pour onto lined baking tray and bake at 180°c until golden 😍
